The first outcome of the Agent Builder Studio is a customizable Web Chat Agent, now available to AgentCX Labs customers. This agent allows agencies to tailor greetings, branding, and knowledge bases before deploying it on a client’s website. It includes features such as lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks. The Founding Beta is set to expand, with plans for additional applications like CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
